My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The rooms, although a bit small, were clean, quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The service provided by the staff, especially Murad and Khalil, was brilliant, very friendly, and extremely helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, connecting the West and East parts of Istanbul through Marmaray and offering easy access to the center and North via two metro lines. The dining experience was traditional but was very basic with limited choices. The facilities were excellent, but the value for money could be improved with more dining options.
